About
Who We Are
Root and Branch Real Estate LLC was founded to envision, develop, and manage key catalyst projects to ignite the next golden age in Sturgis, Michigan. At our core is an unrelenting desire to have a positive impact on our local community.
We partner with investors, partners, builders, designers, public and non-profit organizations, area municipalities, and local business owners to strengthen Sturgis one project at a time.
What We Do
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
We develop projects with potential to add value and enhance the quality of life in our community, positioning Sturgis to meet the future with confidence. These pivotal projects are funded through a combination of personal investment by Root and Branch, public grants, and local community support.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our team delivers consistent and reliable service to residential and business tenants. In addition to managing Root and Branch projects, our team lends its expertise to property owners and investors in Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana who share our commitment to building stronger communities.

Our vision is to grow a stronger Sturgis for tomorrow by investing in key catalyst projects today. We seek to:
- Expand local housing options and ease shortages
- Promote a vibrant and culturally rich downtown core
- Attract new talent and opportunity to Sturgis’ economic center
- Establish and sustain an economically dynamic community that attracts investment
